Introduction
Gramophone Ghana Academy of Music (GGAM) is an institution that offers complete theoretical and practical music training. It seeks to bring to people of all ages and backgrounds good quality and comprehensive music tutelage and guidance.

Vision
The vision of GGAM is to become a leading music conservatory in Africa that unearths talents in all musical disciplines.  GGAM also seeks to inspire music participation and learning to the highest level in Africa with the view to putting African choral and classical music on the world stage.
 
Values
Skill: GGAM seeks to unearth highly skilled musicians and emphasize hard work and dedication as the means to perfecting the skill. In doing this, GGAM lives up to its motto “play with skill”.

Discipline: GGAM instils in its musicians the discipline that comes with the study of music and helps students translate this to other facets of their life.

Progress: GGAM seeks to achieve systematic progress in all its students, taking into consideration their individual abilities and temperaments in order for them to attain their full potential.
